Terms of service
set4 runs this permit document check for the City of Gilroy. These terms say what happens to the details and documents you give it.
What we collect
- Your email address.
- The project address.
- Your answers to the questions about your project.
- The plans and documents you upload.
How we use it
We store what you give us securely.
We use it only to run this check and to show the results to you and to the City of Gilroy Building Division.
Your permission
When you tick “I agree to the terms of service”, you give set4 permission to store, copy and read your details and documents.
That permission covers only running this check and showing its results.
How long we keep it
We keep your uploads for up to 7 years. Then we delete them.
